Project value – 300 Mln EURO; • operation and support ERP systems (SAP, CIP, Ariba spend management, Business Warehouse); • realization of the procurement process from supplier selection and ending with delivery of the goods / services and payments to the supplier; • negotiations with suppliers on both local and international levels; • monitoring of the suppliers obligations under the signed contracts; • resolving of the disputes and claims; • providing the reporting to central functions; • ensuring the optimal combination of price and quality of purchased goods / services; • annually provide and achieve personal goals and objectives, which are part of the overall objectives of the department; Major achievements: • Appointed as the sole Procurement policies and procedures representative in RF, reporting directly to Procurement Compliance Manager UK; • Successful management in materials requirements planning project implementation in SAP; • Manage a team of auditors during the session of periodic internal audits; • Project management in optimization of procurement process through SAP and procedures upgrade; • Successful experience in project management to reduce the costs for the company in different categories; • Managing the purchasing department during the HOD absence.
